Job summary

Simon Lincoln Recruitment Services is seeking a friendly Resident Services Assistant to support a busy student accommodation property in Bath on a temporary basis. You will provide excellent front-of-house and customer service, acting as a key contact for residents, visitors and contractors.

Hours are 9.00am–5.30pm, with work Monday to Friday and additional Saturdays on specified dates. The role focuses on reception, enquiries, administration, and coordinating with maintenance teams to keep

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, reception or front-of-house experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Good administrative and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Professional, approachable and reliable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous student accommodation experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing a welcoming and professional reception service.
• Responding to resident enquiries in person, by telephone and email.
• Assisting residents with general queries and requests.
• Managing incoming calls, post and deliveries.
• Supporting check-ins and resident administration.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Liaising with maintenance teams and contractors when required.
• Ensuring communal and reception areas are presented professionally.
• Providing general administrative support to the property team.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
