Job summary

Prime Appointments Ltd is seeking reception cover in the Harlow area for a full-time temporary run from 16th to 27th November. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm with an unpaid lunch break, and pays £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting visitors, interviewees and delivery drivers.
• Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant departments.
• Receiving Royal Mail and Amazon deliveries.
• Keeping the kitchen area tidy and replenishing supplies.
• Maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area while working independently.
