Are you a friendly and professional individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Receptionist to join our client on a Temporary basis to cover a holiday.

- Job Title: Temporary Receptionist

- Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

- Start Date: Thursday 8th May

- End Date: Thursday 15th May (Further dates required over summer)

- Location: Chesterfield, S41 (Free Parking Onsite)

What You'll Do:


As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing our client's company with a warm and welcoming demeanour. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors and clients with a smile
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining an organised reception area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings
