Confidential based in Coventry is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a temporary opportunity. You will join a friendly finance team and manage up to 800 invoices monthly, performing matching, batching and coding, and processing BACs/CHAPs payments.

You should have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, multitask and meet strict deadlines. Computerised accounting software experience is essential, with the role offering 37.5 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Experience handling invoice matching, batching and coding.
• Experience with supplier statement reconciliation and queries.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Match, batch and code up to 800 invoices monthly.
• Process payments by BACs/CHAPs and reconcile supplier statements.
• Resolve supplier queries and process employee expenses.
• Provide cover in other accounts areas as required.
