Job summary

Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School in Wigan is seeking an enthusiastic Practitioner to join our before and after school club. The role is 22.5 hours per week during term time, Monday to Friday, with shifts 7:20am–8:50am and 3:00pm–6:00pm.

The position is temporary until 31 August 2027 and payment is Grade 3 (£13,437 per annum). You will provide play and learning opportunities for children aged 3–11 and liaise with staff, parents and Governors, contributing to a caring Christian school

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Practitioner to work in our before & after school club.

Our Practitioners:

• provide play and learning opportunities for children aged 3 11 years, both before and after school
• liaise with school staff, parents and Governors

The hours of work are Monday to Friday as follows:

• 7:20am 8:50am and
• 3:00pm 6:00pm
