Confidential in Fareham is recruiting a Temporary Payroll Assistant for a short-term assignment (~4-5 weeks) to cover holiday leave. The role involves payroll processing for weekly and monthly runs, and year-end activities, with home working available and a 25-hour workweek.

The ideal candidate will have payroll experience, be a confident communicator, and be familiar with Sage 50. This assignment offers immediate start and on-site parking in Fareham.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a payroll position, ideally within a small to medium-sized organisation.
• Working knowledge of both weekly and monthly payroll processes.
• Experience using Sage 50 payroll software is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting weekly and monthly payroll runs to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Processing weekly payroll.
• Assisting with monthly payroll.
• Supporting payroll year-end activities during March/April.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Using Sage 50 for payroll processing and reporting.
• Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders.
