Job summary

OPR Resourcing Specialists is seeking a professional Receptionist / Showroom Host for two temporary dates at a premium car showroom in the UK. You will greet customers, manage calls, and maintain a polished reception area to support a premium showroom experience.

Ideal candidates will have prior reception or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while upholding high standards of presentation and service.

• Monitor facilities and replenish supplies as needed.
• Keep the enquiry logbook accurate and up to date.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Temporary Receptionist / Showroom Host Required

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist / Showroom Host to provide temporary cover at our premium car showroom on the following dates: Friday 16th November and Monday 19th November

The hours will be 8.00am - 6.00pm with an unpaid hour for lunch. Further dates will be available...

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and premium showroom experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting every customer with a friendly smile and professional welcome.
• Answering and directing telephone calls.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and customer areas.
• Ensuring refreshments and hospitality areas are fully stocked and presented to a high standard.
• Offering drinks and refreshments to customers throughout their visit.
• Monitoring customer facilities and replenishing supplies where required.
• Keeping the enquiry logbook accurate and up to date.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Is well presented, proactive, and highly organised.
• Can work independently while maintaining a premium customer experience.
