Job summary

OPR Resourcing Specialists is seeking a professional Receptionist / Showroom Host to provide temporary cover at our premium car showroom on Friday 16th November and Monday 19th November. Hours are 8.00am–6.00pm with an unpaid lunch break.

In this role you will greet customers, answer calls, keep the reception and showroom areas pristine, offer drinks, and provide general administrative support as needed. Right to Work sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, well-presented and highly organised.
• Ability to work independently while delivering premium service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting every customer with a friendly, professional welcome.
• Answering and directing telephone calls.
• Maintaining a clean, organised reception and showroom area.
• Ensuring refreshments and hospitality areas are stocked and presented to a high standard.
• Offering drinks and refreshments to customers during their visit.
• Monitoring facilities and replenishing supplies as required.
• Keeping the enquiry logbook accurate and up to date.
• Providing general administrative support as needed.
