A Temporary Merchandising Administrative Assistant position is available in London with Love Success PLC, based in the West End under a hybrid working arrangement. The role pays up to £15 per hour plus holiday pay, operating Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm for an initial three-month contract with an immediate start. Supporting the Buying and Merchandising Team within a prestigious luxury department store, duties include maintaining stock availability, coordinating supplier communications, and tracking product flow from order through delivery. What You''ll Be Doing

As a key support within the merchandising function, you''ll be at the heart of trading activity-driving stock availability, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of products from order to delivery.

• Produce data-driven sales forecasts to support trading decisions
• Raise and manage purchase orders, tracking progress end-to-end
• Proactively expedite deliveries and maintain product availability
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and drive OTIF performance
• Identify delivery issues early and implement solutions quickly
• Manage and analyse Supplier Compliance Charges
• Generate insights from data to support performance improvements
• Maintain system parameters to ensure optimal stock allocation
