Job summary

Fashion Personnel, a contemporary womenswear fashion brand in East London, seeks a Merchandise Operations Assistant. You will be highly organised with strong Excel skills and will support merchandising operations, logistics, and wholesale administration in a fast-paced fashion environment.

This temporary role is for around 6 months with ASAP start, requiring immediate availability. The role covers inbound deliveries, shipment tracking, and warehouse intake coordination, plus maintaining

Qualifications

• Previous experience in admin, merchandising admin, wholesale admin, logistics admin, or operations support.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence managing data and trackers.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced fashion/retail environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Previous retail or fashion head office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound deliveries, shipment tracking, and warehouse intake coordination.
• Maintain shipment trackers, purchase orders, and intake schedules across internal systems.
• Assist with wholesale order administration, delivery coordination, and shipping documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to support smooth stock flow and timely deliveries.
• Support with stock availability reporting and general operational administration.
• Help ensure all operational data is accurate and updated consistently.
