Triumph is seeking a Temporary Maintenance & Facilities Administrator to support the Facilities and Maintenance teams across two sites in Hinckley. This role handles administrative tasks, scheduling, compliance, and contractor coordination on a fixed-term 12-month contract.

The successful candidate will manage purchase orders, invoices, access control, inspections, and records, while coordinating waste management and asset registers.

Qualifications

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C / 4 or above.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages.
  • Able to make logical, evidence-based decisions using facts and data.
  • Effective communicator.Organisation and negotiation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Facilities and Maintenance administrative support, including purchase orders, contractor invoices, fleet servicing, training records, workspace audits, PPM scheduling, reactive maintenance coordination, and asset register management.
  • Administer access control and monitor CCTV, and liaising with internal and external security.
  • Coordinate contractor and visitor management, ensuring compliance documentation, inductions, bookings, statutory certifications, and maintenance callout records are maintained and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and audit documentation, supporting inspections, audits (including LOTO and COSHH), and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Support financial and HR administration, including budget monitoring, requisitions, credit card reconciliations, and time and attendance records.
  • Coordinate waste management activities, including disposal processes, environmental initiatives, material movements, and document control.

We are seeking a Maintenance & Facilities administrator, to provide operational, administrative, scheduling and compliance support across the Facilities and Maintenance teams.

This role helps ensure buildings, equipment and estates are maintained to a high standard through the coordination of contractors, security, waste management, planned and reactive maintenance, PPM schedules, compliance records, asset registers and audits. The role is primarily based across two sites in Hinckley, with occasional travel required.

This a fixed term temporary 12-month contract.
