Job Title: Legal Biller

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Legal Biller to join our international law firm client on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months. This role involves managing and processing client billing across the London office, with a month-end billing close typically within 1-2 days.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage, prepare, and review client invoices.
2. Process invoices using Pre-bill viewer and make necessary edits.
3. Handle a high volume of bills, especially during Collection Drive periods (June and December).
4. Liaise with the e-billing team and reconcile client billing portals.
5. Review billing documentation and requirements.
6. Maintain organized invoice folders and internal documentation.
7. Respond promptly to billing-related emails and requests.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Aderant software or similar programs.
• Experience in law firm billing.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
