Office Angels Limited is recruiting a Temp Legal Audio Typist for a Manchester City Centre role. You will be responsible for audio typing, document management, and liaising with clients and legal professionals in a fast-paced criminal law setting.

This temporary position runs Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break and an ASAP start. Ideal candidates will have experience in criminal law, strong audio typing skills using Philips dictaphone, excellent organisation and communication

Temp Legal Audio Typist

Key Responsibilities:

As a Temp your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Audio Typing: Proficiently transcribing audio recordings using a Philips dictaphone machine and foot pedal.
• Document Management: Photocopying and filing important legal documents with precision and care.
• Communication: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and legal professionals.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure the office operates efficiently.
