Office Angels in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Temporary Legal Secretary to support a criminal law team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with an hourly rate of £15–£17 and ASAP start.

Responsibilities include audio typing, document management, client communication, and general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Immediate availability is preferred, with experience in criminal law highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in Criminal Law indispensable.
• Strong audio typing skills with Philips dictaphone.
• Excellent organisation and document management abilities.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Audio typing of transcripts and documents.
• Photocopying and filing of legal documents with accuracy.
• Answering calls, taking messages, and liaising with clients and colleagues.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure office efficiency.
