Job description

Express Recruitment are proud to work in partnership with a reputable local organisation, who are seeking an individual who’s well-versed in handling insurance claims from members of the public. Our client is looking to recruit a candidate who’s knowledgeable about personal injury claims to manage a large caseload for clients from start to finish.

The position is office based initially, however there are local transport routes available as it’s based in the heart of Leicester City Centre. Future hybrid working opportunities may be available, and the team also finish early on a Friday!

  • Review, investigate and provide evidence for personally injury insurance claims
  • Ensure personal injury claims are prepared prior to court deadlines
  • Identify risks and provide advice to potential claimants
  • Liaise with loss adjusters and other third parties via telephone and email
  • Attend interviews with potential claimants to discuss their case

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of managing personal injury claims
  • Able to provide an excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Competent with bespoke IT systems with fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude and a desire to maintain high standards

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary: c£15.00 per hour D.O.E

Location: Leicester City Centre

Basis: Temporary for approx. 12 weeks, potential for extensions and permanent opportunities
