Qualifications

• Temporary Housing Caseworker role to support clients in Cheltenham and Tewkesbury who are homeless or at risk.
• Provide income maximisation, energy, budgeting and debt advice to improve financial position.

Responsibilities

• Work from home alongside our Housing Specialist and report to Health Projects Manager.
• Provide housing guidance and support, plus income maximisation, energy, budgeting and debt advice.
• Help clients access financial support they are entitled to.

We are looking for a Temporary Housing Caseworker to support clients in the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury areas who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The role will be home-based, working closely with and supporting our Housing Specialist. You will report to our Health Projects Manager.

Alongside housing advice and support, you will provide advice on income maximisation, energy, budgeting and debt, helping clients to improve their financial position and access the support they are entitled to.
