Job Title: Temporary Groundworks Labourer

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Groundworks Labourer to join our Facilities Technical Team to support pothole repair work.

Working alongside experienced technicians, the successful candidate will assist in delivering effective concrete surface repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and executing pothole and surface repairs on site
• Maintain and clean tools and materials used during repairs
• Follow instructions from technical team members and work collaboratively to meet daily targets (up to 5 potholes per day)
• Keep work areas safe and clean during and after tasks
• Report progress and issues to the Team Lead/Site Supervisor
• Previous experience in groundworks, concrete repair, or general labouring preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on active sites
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Experience with concrete repair materials and techniques is a plus
• Experience on industrial or infrastructure sites advantageous
• Forklift awareness is beneficial but not essential
