Job Title: Temporary Groundworks Labourer

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Groundworks Labourer to join our Facilities Technical Team to support pothole repair work.

Working alongside experienced technicians, the successful candidate will assist in delivering high-quality concrete surface repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and executing pothole and surface repairs on site
• Maintain and clean tools and materials used during repairs
• Follow instructions from technical team members and work collaboratively to meet daily targets (up to 5 potholes per day)
• Maintain safe and clear working areas
• Report progress to the Team Lead/Site Supervisor
• Previous experience in groundworks or concrete repair is preferred
• Awareness of health and safety practices
• Follow detailed instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, proactive
• Experience with concrete repair materials and techniques is advantageous
• Previous work on industrial or infrastructure sites is preferred
• Forklift awareness (not essential but beneficial)
