Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Portsmouth is seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist for an immediate start. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk.

The contract is initially 3 weeks with a view to extend, and potentially move into a direct permanent placement for the right candidate. Training is provided and we welcome applicants with reception, front‑of‑house or administration experience.

Qualifications

• Prior reception/front-of-house experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to start at short-notice.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer calls at the front desk.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
• Coordinate with team and direct enquiries as needed.
