Our client, a reputable organisation in Glasgow, are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team. The office is located just a short walk from Bearsden train station to ensure an easy commute for non-drivers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and reconcile company bank statements.
  • Highlight any mistakes or flag up any duplications.
  • Be able to allocate payments to each department.
  • Financial reporting
  • Inputting transactions accurately
Key Skills Required
  • Essential: Proven experience with Xero Accounting software.
  • Recent experience in Bookkeeping or Finance Administration.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong numerical skills to analyse financial data efficiently.
