Job summary

DCK Group in Newcastle is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate for 35 hours per week to support stores during the peak festive period. Start times begin at 9:00am, with a Mon-Fri shift pattern, and you may travel to other stores within your zone as needed.

You will work alongside a Team Leader and gain access to training and development opportunities, with tech tools to assist daily tasks. This temporary role runs until 26/12/2026 and offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required.
• Sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising to visual guidelines.
• Handling deliveries and stock replenishment.
