Job summary

DCK Group in Manchester is seeking a festive Christmas Retail Associate to support our stores during the peak season. This temporary role is 35 hours per week, with a 9:00am start and shifts extending across the week. The assignment runs until 26 December 2026.

You will handle customer service, merchandising, stock deliveries, and promotional setup while building strong host-team relationships. A valid driving licence and access to a smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required.
• Sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Access to a smartphone with up-to-date OS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
