Contender Media Group is a dynamic and fast-growing media company with a diverse portfolio of businesses. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide maternity cover support to our CEO.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, manage schedules, and assist other directors to ensure smooth daily operations across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Executive Support: Manage the CEO's diary and inbox, ensuring efficient scheduling and prompt responses.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist the CEO and directors with administrative tasks as needed.
  3. Finance Administration: Coordinate payments and invoices, liaising with the CEO for accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Project Coordination: Support project planning and tracking using tools like Asana.
  5. Ad-Hoc Support: Perform miscellaneous tasks and personal assistance for the CEO.
  6. Office Management: Support daily operations and administrative duties across the business.
About You
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably at C-suite level.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in GSuite, Slack, and project management tools like Asana.
