Prime Appointments Ltd seeks a Marketing Officer - Events to lead the delivery of college events and promotional activities at Benfleet, Essex. The role covers planning, collateral creation, and cross-channel communications to attract students.

You will coordinate events such as Open Evenings and Graduation Ceremonies, manage relationships with stakeholders, and support recruitment through effective marketing content and social media.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years experience in marketing and/or events management.
• Proven experience organising and delivering events from start to finish.
• Experience developing marketing materials and creating engaging written content.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a creative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Confidence building relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Good IT skills, with experience using databases and social media platforms.
• A flexible approach to working, including occasional evenings, early mornings and weekends.
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport.
• A degree or equivalent professional experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Plan College events from conception through to completion.
• Coordinate Open Evenings, Graduation Ceremonies, Student Awards and other promotional activities.
• Create and develop marketing collateral, publications, prospectuses and event literature.
• Produce engaging internal and external communications across a variety of channels.
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders and event attendees to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor event effectiveness, manage attendee databases and support student recruitment and conversion activities.
• Manage event budgets, timelines and marketing materials.
• Support social media activity and make effective use of photography, video and digital content.
• Ensure all marketing materials and campus displays reflect the College's brand and standards.
