Job summary

One to One personnel Limited is seeking a Marketing & Communications Officer in Benfleet, Essex. This temporary role covers planning and delivering major recruitment and celebration events, and supporting marketing and communications activities.

The ideal candidate will combine event management, communications and marketing skills, with flexibility to support early morning, evening or weekend events and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within marketing, events, communications
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating events from planning through to delivery.
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
• A creative and proactive approach.
• Current DBS

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate large-scale events from concept to delivery.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures and promotional collateral.
• Develop and deliver internal and external communications campaigns.
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of events and activities.
• Manage attendee databases, mailing lists and follow-ups.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate distribution of marketing materials across channels.
• Assist with photography, video and content creation.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve marketing initiatives.
