Confidential in Fleet is seeking a Temporary Data Administrator to support a Project Manager on a live project. You will check incoming photos against the installation plan, review site reports, and keep records accurate.

You will log issues in Excel, flag discrepancies, and pass information to the relevant team members, maintaining high accuracy while working under pressure.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, ongoing temporary assignment with a pay rate of £14 per hour.

Responsabilidades

• Check incoming photos to ensure they match the installation plan.
• Review site reports and identify any issues or discrepancies.
• Log reported issues accurately onto Excel and keep information up to date.
• Flag discrepancies to the Project Manager or relevant team members.
• Pass information and updates to the relevant persons for action.
• Maintain project records and ensure information is recorded accurately.
• Support the Project Manager with general administrative tasks.
• Work through a high volume of information while maintaining accuracy.
• Follow project processes and ensure tasks are completed within timescales.
