Job summary

Office Angels Limited is seeking a Temporary Customer Supply Chain Coordinator based in Marylebone, London. The role manages customer purchase orders from placement to delivery and maintains ERP records to support accurate order management and reporting.

You will foster proactive communication with customer supply chain teams, sales, and logistics partners while supporting the UK sales team and finance. Hybrid work arrangement with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with relationship management.
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous improvement and personal development.
• Experience with retailer portals is desirable.

Responsibilities

Work Pattern:

Monday - Friday - 2 days in the office
