Love Success is seeking a proactive Temporary Supply Chain Assistant to join a busy team in the UK. You will support supplier performance, manage operational queries and coordinate resolutions across a national waste management network.

You will act as a key link between internal teams and external suppliers, using Salesforce to record issues, track progress and generate performance reports. Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is beneficial.

Temporary Supply Chain Assistant

A fantastic opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced Supply Chain team!

We're looking for an organised, proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support supplier performance and resolve operational issues across a national waste management network.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You'll act as a key link between internal teams and external suppliers, managing operational queries, monitoring performance and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. The role is heavily focused on Salesforce, maintaining accurate records and supporting supplier performance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier queries and operational issues, including missed collections and service escalations.

• Log and update cases in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records and producing performance reports.

• Monitor supplier KPIs, support performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.

• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

• Support process improvements and projects across the Supply Chain team.

About You

You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing competing priorities. You'll have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution.

Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or administration would be beneficial. Experience using Salesforce or similar systems, alongside an understanding of supplier performance and KPIs, would be an advantage.
