Exciting Opportunity for a Temporary Credit Controller!

Role: Temporary Credit Controller
️ Duration: 2 months
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: White City, London

We're working on behalf of a well-established and dynamic client based in White City, who is currently seeking a Temporary Credit Controller to support their finance team during a busy period. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in credit control who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Temporary Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments


• Contacting clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices


• Negotiating payment terms and plans where needed


• Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness


• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of credit control activity


• Preparing and delivering regular reports on aged debt and outstanding balances


• Investigating and resolving invoice disputes in collaboration with internal teams


• Reporting directly to the Credit Control or Finance Manager

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role


• Solid understanding of credit processes and risk management


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


• Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively


• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
