Job summary

Kellan Group is recruiting an experienced Chef to join a country house hotel and events venue in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. You will prepare and deliver high-quality food for weddings, private events and hotel guests, while supporting the kitchen team during busy services.

Experience in hotels, weddings, events and banqueting is required; Level 2 Food Safety, allergen awareness, and COSHH certifications are preferred. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
• Background in hotels, events or banqueting
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and allergen awareness
• Health & Safety Level 2 and COSHH
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food for weddings, private events and hotel guests
• Support the kitchen team during busy services
