Experience in bar/catering procedures and serving at large events is preferred. The role requires friendly, professional service in a busy environment within Hitchin.

Qualificações

• Experience of dealing with people in a polite and friendly manner.
• Basic knowledge of bar and catering procedures and relevant legislation including health and safety
• Experience of serving customers
• Experience of serving food, alcohol / non-alcoholic drinks
• Experience of working at large events
• Good knowledge of bar procedures and relevant legislation including health and safety
• Experience of taking digital payments.
• Previous experience within a fast-paced food and beverage department

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Duty Manager in the operation of the Food and Beverage service at Hitchin Town Hall.
• Provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to customers while maintaining high hygiene standards.
