Job summary

Mowgli is seeking a Bookings Assistant to join our fast-growing central bookings team based in Knutsford. This temporary 4-hour contract role involves handling restaurant booking enquiries, serving as the first point of contact for customers, and maintaining high standards of service.

Candidates with experience in events and reservations and with booking systems are preferred. A flexible schedule including weekend availability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all restaurant booking enquiries both over the phone and through our booking system.
• Be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with great customer service throughout.
• Ideally have previous experience with events and reservations as well as booking systems.
• And confidently manage their time well and have strong organisational skills.
