Job summary

H&M Leeds White Rose is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for a temporary full-time 39-hour contract based in-store. You’ll help create an inspiring and consistent customer experience by applying visual standards, driving commercial excellence, and working with store teams to enhance sales.

Flexibility to work weekends is required. You will analyse sales performance, ensure garment care, and identify visual and commercial opportunities with management.

This is a temporary full-time 39 hours position based in the H&M Leeds White Rose store. For this position we will require 7 days flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence. Acting in line with our values, you will drive both your success and the company's success.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
