H&M in Uxbridge is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for a permanent full-time role based in the Uxbridge store (Chimes Shopping Centre). The position requires 7 days of flexibility, including weekends, and lasts 39 hours per week.

You will implement visual standards, drive commercial excellence, and collaborate with management to enhance the customer experience, analyse sales, and coach the store team to deliver outstanding service and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
• Motivated to create outstanding customer experiences while promoting and driving sales.
• Knowledgeable on how to analyse and act on sales reports and optimise selling.
• Creative, curious, and proactive.
