Job summary

Pertemps Worcester is looking for an experienced Van Driver to join a Bromsgrove site delivering refrigerated goods. This temp-to-perm role suits someone with a strong multi-drop van driving background and a reliable, customer-focused approach.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with DBS check paid by Pertemps and potential progression to a permanent position. A valid UK driving licence and no more than six points are required, and immediate start may be available.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence is required.
• At least two years of multi-drop van driving experience is required.
• A DBS check is required and paid by Pertemps.
• Flexibility to accommodate route and hour changes is essential.
• Reliable transport to the Bromsgrove site is needed.
• No more than six points on your licence and no endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Handle refrigerated goods and follow temperature-control procedures.
• Check goods against delivery paperwork and record deliveries.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.
• Provide a polite, professional service to customers.
• Follow road traffic regulations and health and safety procedures.
