Office Angels is recruiting for a Temporary to Permanent Sales Coordinator in Bridgwater, Somerset. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a salary of £30,000 per year. Immediate start available in a busy, growing business.

You will support the sales team by coordinating actions, maintaining records, and arranging quality appointments to drive business growth. The position offers weekly pay and access to exclusive perks via Boost.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend sales meetings virtually or review detailed meeting notes.
• Accurately capture key discussions, project information, agreed actions, and next steps.
• Update internal systems promptly, logging information the same day.
• Track and monitor actions across the sales team and ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Identify and escalate risks impacting progress.
• Conduct outbound calls to architects, contractors, existing clients, and dormant accounts.
• Qualify opportunities and arrange valuable appointments for the field sales team.
• Focus on delivering high-quality meetings rather than high volumes.
• Support the wider team with additional administrative duties as required.
