Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a Birmingham site. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance on a large private healthcare facility, with a 3-month contract that may go permanent.

Expect a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, on a contract that starts immediately. You will work on electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, sockets, switchboards and basic BMS controls, ensuring statutory requirements are met and collaborating with the

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience across commercial buildings.
• Must hold 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Level 3 Electrical installation qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on a large static site.
• Work on electrical systems including lighting, emergency lighting, sockets, switchboards and distribution.
• Ensure all statutory compliance is maintained.
• Support with general fabric maintenance as part of FM team.
