Job summary

Invictus Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a large static healthcare site in Basingstoke. The role is 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent after 3 months. Immediate start is preferred for a contract position on a major site.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in commercial building maintenance, be electrically trained, and hold 17th/18th edition plus Level 3 Electrical Installation. UK-based facilities experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services.
• Must hold 17th or 18th edition.
• Must have Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the PPMs and reactive maintenance is completed.
• Work on electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls.
• Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained.
• Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance.
• Temporary position on a leading contract where you will join as an integral member of the team to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Basingstoke – Temp to Perm

Invictus are recruiting for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a large static healthcare site, in Basingstoke. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a contract vacancy lasting a minimum of 3 months before going perm.

You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles.

The client in question is a leading body within the facilities maintenance industry and the site being a large private healthcare facility in Basingstoke.

Job Role

The position is a Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm role and it will be paying up to £27 per hour.

Duties

• Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed
• Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls
• Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
• Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance
