Job summary

Contract Options is seeking experienced Chef de Partie to join our temporary catering team across Milton Keynes, Northampton and Bletchley. You will support busy sites, deliver high-quality food and work across kitchen sections.

These are temporary, ad-hoc shifts with a minimum 8-hour shift. You must have professional kitchen experience at Chef de Partie level, strong knowledge of food hygiene, and the right to work in the UK in order to join our network.

Qualifications

• Experience at Chef de Partie level or equivalent.
• Experience in busy, high-volume catering.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexible/ad-hoc availability.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard.
• Work across different kitchen sections.
• Follow menus, recipes and portion-control guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow all health & safety and food safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a wider catering team.
• Support the wider kitchen operation during busy service periods.
• Adapt to different kitchen environments and shift patterns.
