Office Angels in Watford is seeking a Temporary Recruitment Business Partner who is available immediately for a 4-6 week assignment. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, source candidates, conduct interviews and guide selection processes to secure top talent.

The ideal candidate has high-volume 360 recruitment experience, strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, excellent communication, and is adept with applicant tracking systems to maintain records

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment experience, preferably 360.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with recruitment software and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure fit with culture and requirements.
• Provide guidance to managers on recruitment and selection processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and keep applicants engaged throughout the process.
