Responsibilities

• Contact candidates who have applied for current vacancies.
• Conduct initial telephone screening calls.
• Discuss experience, skills and suitability for vacancies.
• Ask relevant screening questions and gather key information.
• Provide candidates with information about available opportunities.
• Accurately record screening notes and update candidate information.
• Identify suitable applicants to progress to the next stage.
• Provide a friendly and professional candidate experience.
• Support the wider recruitment team with associated administration.
