Job summary

Office Angels in Ilminster is seeking a highly organised Temporary Production and Operations Coordinator to support two busy departments. You will help ensure timely dispatch of products, manage order documentation, and assist with customer inquiries.

This is initially a temporary role for up to 3 months and immediate availability is required. The role offers weekly pay, a Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm schedule, and access to our perks platform with discounts, wellbeing resources and more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stores and production to ensure timely dispatch.
• Prepare and process customs docs for international shipments.
• Coordinate courier collections and outbound transport arrangements.
• Generate invoices, dispatch notes, tracking details and notify customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries about shipments and delivery status.
• Create and release job cards for new work orders and batching.
