Trial Balance Consulting is seeking an interim, part-time Accounts Assistant for their Redruth HQ. The role is over 2-3 days per week with hours negotiable, offering £26-30k FTE and free staff parking.

You will handle day-to-day transactional processing using SAGE, bank reconciliations, supplier accounts input, and assist with accounts receivable, month-end journals, accruals and prepayments while supporting the wider finance team.

Formación

• 6–12 months experience in a similar environment.
• At least AAT or qualified by experience.
• SAGE experience is essential; MS Excel and spreadsheet manipulation desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day transactional processing using SAGE
• Bank reconciliations
• Inputting and amending supplier accounts
• Assist with all aspects of accounts receivable
• Month end journals, accruals and prepayments
• Support the wider finance team
• Cover the work of the wider finance team where required
