Trial Balance Consulting is seeking a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Assistant in Redruth. The role involves processing supplier invoices using SAGE and supporting a busy finance team. The contract is for 2 days per week, initially around 3 months, with start ASAP.

Experience in purchase ledger and good communication skills are essential; qualification level is flexible, with emphasis on practical experience and reliability. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in purchase ledger or accounts administration.
• Experience inputting supplier invoices using SAGE or similar systems.
• Available to start on short notice and commit to a 2-day-per-week schedule.

Responsabilités

• Process and input supplier invoices accurately using SAGE.
• Serve as primary contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist the Financial Controller and finance team with administrative tasks.
