Job summary

Catering in Didcot is seeking a temporary Marketing Account Manager to coordinate campaigns and events with minimal onboarding. You will manage multiple projects, develop event materials, coordinate with printers, and support live content creation and email marketing during conferences and awards.

Based in Didcot, the role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to work with printers, suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing marketing projects, ideally within an agency, events, or marketing operations setting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience supporting social media during events and creating engaging content in real time.
• Familiarity with email automation and CRM platforms.
• Calm under pressure and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid drivers licence and access to own vehicle, as travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard.
• Planning and delivering materials for high-profile events, including content capture and event support during the conferences and awards.
• Liaising with printers and suppliers to produce print materials, ensuring specifications are met and proofreading is accurate.
• Supporting social media and content creation during events, including live posting and capturing vox pops.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns and CRM management to support event promotion.
• Attending events and visits as required, supporting logistical and operational needs.
