A Japanese global shipping company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.(Full time or Part time)

Hours
  • Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 17:00PM or 9:00AM – 15:00PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Front office duties including phone, email, and visitor reception
  • Schedule management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
  • Preparation and filing of documents, reports, and meeting minutes; data entry and updates
  • Assistance with invoice/quote preparation, basic expense claims, and voucher processing
  • Office supplies, business cards, and consumables management, procurement, and inventory control
  • Preparation and support for internal/external events and meetings
  • Other ad hoc administrative and general support tasks as requested by department/managers
Requirements & Experience
  • 3 years of administrative or office work experience
  • Proficient PC skills (Word for document creation, Excel for spreadsheets/list management, basic PowerPoint presentations)
  • Business etiquette including phone and email correspondence
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently under time pressure
  • Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with email scheduling and coordination in English
  • Background in general affairs, HR, or accounting
  • Experience in startups/SMEs with dynamic environments
