Job summary

A healthcare provider in Molesey is seeking a Temporary Pharmacy Inbound Call Assistant. The role involves responding to prescription queries, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining patient records. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment. This is a full-time office-based position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Our client are looking for a Temporary Pharmacy Inbound Call Assistant to join their friendly and professional pharmacy team. This role is key in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service and support when it comes to their prescriptions and healthcare queries.

Fully Office-based - Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to calls and emails regarding prescription queries.
  • Supporting administrative and data-entry tasks as directed by your line manager.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Delivering excellent service and communication at all times
Key attributes
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment (healthcare experience is a bonus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
  • A logical and organised approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.
