Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Advisor to provide practical HR guidance on a temporary basis in Maldon, Essex. This full-time, on-site role begins with office presence and offers flexibility to reduce on-site attendance once training is complete.

You will support managers and employees, handling a range of HR matters, ensuring fair, compliant practice and accurate record-keeping across HR systems. Prior experience in HR or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR, People Services or similar role.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.

Responsabilités

• Manage a range of HR cases from initial enquiry through to resolution, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
• Provide clear, practical advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, confidentiality and data protection requirements.
• Maintain accurate records using HR systems and case management tools.
• Prioritise multiple cases, meeting deadlines and agreed service standards.
• Support improvements to HR processes, guidance and overall service delivery.
