Job summary

more2life, part of the Key Group, is hiring a Temporary Accounts Assistant for a 3-month period to join our busy transactional finance team in Preston. You will ensure financial transactions are correctly processed and posted across multiple ledgers and companies, supporting stakeholders as required.

The role suits someone with experience of computerised accounting systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of computerised accounting systems.
• Experience of posting to multiple company Nominal, Sales and Purchase ledgers.
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
• Awareness of the importance of processing and posting data accurately.

Responsibilities

• To process system generated interface files.
• To monitor fund requests and reconcile facility balances.
• To post financial transactions into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner into multiple companies
• To produce broker commission payments and statements.
• To reconcile bank accounts and post transactions to the general ledger.
