Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring a committed and experienced Temporary Facilities Assistant to work for a company in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The role is a six week temporary contract with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour, based in Abingdon.

You will open buildings each morning, prepare kitchens and meeting rooms, maintain reception areas and outdoor spaces, and assist with ad hoc facilities tasks. The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual, able to work independently, and hold a valid

Responsibilities

• Open and unlock three office buildings each morning and prep spaces.
• Prepare coffee machines, milk, and kitchen supplies; keep areas clean.
• Check meeting rooms; tidy rooms and arrange furniture; ensure AV works.
• Carry out general tidying of entrance, reception and shared areas.
• Water indoor and outdoor plants and monitor their condition.
• Assist with ad hoc duties; support moves, deliveries and room setups.
